Opinion

The country phenomenon that is Miranda Lambert has been my object of admiration for a long time. She's the best thing that could ever happen to female country in the new millennium. It's such a pity that I will never see her on stage. This album contains her most touching ballad "Over You," and hints at her gift for white trash stories on "Same Old You" (fully revealed on Pistol Annies' fun-time debut). Lucky for us, she couldn't get along with Blake Shelton, so we're about to get a lot of satisfaction from her commercially successful creativity.
